High Quality and Professionalism
Technology
For printed circuit boards, we standardly design and utilize 4-layer boards (up to 12 layers if necessary) in construction class 8—i.e., trace width, isolation gaps, and annular rings of at least 0.17 mm, with drilling down to 0.2 mm.
Components
For passive components, we most commonly use size 0402. In our new miniature transmitters and recorders, we have fully mastered the technology for components sized 0201. For active components, we typically use QFN and BGA packages.
Equipment
Our products are developed, tested, and refined in our laboratories. We use equipment from companies such as Agilent, Rhode & Schwarz, Thurlby Thandar, Weller, and many others.
